One Gol at a Time Foundation is an organization dedicated to bringing hope to kids and teens from high social risk areas in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. One Gol gives these underprivileged youths an outlet where they can feel at home and like they are part of a community and a family. Social risks in their current environment include dropping out of school, drug activity and even gang violence. Our soccer academy led by Gerardo Valerio and his dedicated team of coaches and volunteers offer free tuition soccer camps for kids and teens, mentorship and coaching certification programs for young adults. We are dedicated to giving the youth moral and essential living skills so they can become a positive contribution to their society.
